Value for the money, Worth it.
I got this VC for 4700 RS during sale. I am writing this review after heavy use of VC for 4 days ,(5 hrs/day). This VC cleans almost everything. Very useful for pet shedding also. Used it for cleaning sofa, chairs, car, floor, premises around my home which is in village including fallen leaves of tree. Just one thing to keep in mind you need to change the bag but used trick for cleaning it. Amazon delivery was pathetic. Even I am a prime member I got it almost after 8 days. Amazon support team is useless.
Need to keep buying the Dust Bag, Filter Cartridge etc frequently, to keep using the machine
The Vacuum Cleaner is good and powerful.
But the real fact behind is:
Frequently we have to keep buying the Dust Collection bag.
Its a poor quality paper, once its filled with dust, we cannot clean it. we have to buy new one.
The Cartridge also, getting dirty very fast, after few washing it will be unusable and we have to buy a new one.
Its same like a car air-filter.
If you are ready to buy the consumables, you can go for this machine.

Light weight and handy but performance is not so good
I bought this vacuum cleaner to clean cobwebs and window panes. Here is my review:
Pros-
1. Cheap
2. Lightweight.
3. Can be stored easily in any corner of your home because of the small size.
Cons-
1. To reduce the size of the product they have installed a weak motor in it. It doesn't sucks the dirt at once. You will have to keep the nozzle over the dirt for 3-4 seconds to get it sucked inside.
2. Even after adding the extension pipes the suction pipe is not too long. I have to lift the unit in one hand while cleaning the roof corners.
I have a 2 BHK apartment and it took me about 1.5 hrs to clean just the roofs and windows. Had the motor been more powerful it would have taken less time and effort.
If you are an impatient guy like me, go for a more powerful vacuum cleaner. This is appropriate only for 1 room homes, shops or your cars.
Good for small Home and Office
This is one of good Vaccum cleaner,
Applications :
1. Small house cleaning
2. Office cleaning
Do not expect it to run continuously more than 2 hours.

First impressions, it worth the money. It has good power. Comes with washable dust jar and 4 accessories. It's neither silent or loud, sits in between. Floor corners could be trickyz unless you switch to the crevice tool. Dusting brush is soft. Automatic cord winding works perfectly. Its compact, but don't let that fool you, it's on the heavier side. Hence using it as hand held cleaner could be taxing. There is no variable speed option. Recommended for home and car use.

I was confused between the Black and Decker and Phillips but I'm glad i bought this !!! It's definitely not noisy and cleans extremely well !!! The best part is that it has a special power brush which easily removes fur from your carpets !!
I was shocked to see the amount of dirt it vacuumed in the first go and the product being lightweight, is easily movable. The attachments are all fixed to the main telescopic pipe so you don't have to worry about loosing them ! You will truly feel the difference in the air after you've cleant your house with this !!!
