- Was sold on IFB for their service. Typically the technician reaches you within 24 hrs of logging a complaint.
- AMC for about 2.5K per year covers everything, including rubber and plastic parts. Machine was on AMC for all years after warranty.
- While service was good, the machine demanded a couple of visits of the technician for something or the other. Meaning product quality is not top notch.
- Recent visit of technician revealed that the body has given up and needs replacement. 5.5K for this. This was not a deal breaker. The real problem was the technician arrived 7 days later. Not first incidence, past was like 2-3 days. Hence, said bye bye to IFB.

It is the best washing machine i have ever used. It deserves 5 stars, the one reason i have cut one star because the filter provided along with the hose pipe doesn't fit in the water tap. Interestingly i couldn't even find a water tap which will allow the filter to fit. Eventually i have to purchase a local hose pipe which is working fine as of now.

It is the best washing machine i have ever used. It deserves 5 stars, the one reason i have cut one star because the filter provided along with the hose pipe doesn't fit in the water tap. Interestingly i couldn't even find a water tap which will allow the filter to fit. Eventually i have to purchase a local hose pipe which is working fine as of now.

I am from Chennai. Installation was arranged very quickly in 2 days. It was free of cost. We had to buy power extention cable. Before installation, I got a call from LG and the lady who spoke instructed me not to use any stand for this washing machine. On installation day, product was installed in 5 to 10 mins. Our new ear phone was missing from our home on the day of installation.. Not blaming anyone here. It's my fault. I shouldn't have kept the 2 days old ear phone near the washing machine 😊. The washing machine washes the clothes very well. It looks like washed using hands. Even white banians are looking very neat. Cloth quality is also fine after washing. I bought 6.5 litre. We are only 2 adults and a 1 year baby at home. We need to use the washing machine 3 times a week. I should have bought min 7.5 lite capacity. So when you plan to buy its better to go for more capacity considering the future too.. Am pregnant with my second baby now 😁. Most of the modes here are taking more than 2 hours for a wash. I always go for silent wash which washes in 1 hour 28 mins with not much sound. The machine vibrates a lot during the faster spins. That's why, LG itself has instructed us not to use the stand. Am not using the stand. Silent mode works gud for me. For washing bedsheets I use duvets which takes 2 hrs. For each mode, the temperature of the water and the spin count differs. Child lock is very useful to us. We can place washing powder and fabric conditioner separately in the given box. The smell of fabric conditioner remains in clothes nicely. It's good. It's worth for the money.

After ordering it, I got my machine in 9days as I live in small city so it's ok...
I read one of the review with dent on machine so it was in my mind.. after receiving the product I checked it thoroughly and found no disfigurement so thankful to Amazon/ cloudtail for such safe delivery.
Earlier I had lg 5kg front load so no problem in installing it and don't have to wait for it's installation.
I love the new door design it's very trendy n looks awesome.
Noise is not any issue with this machine as some of the review said it's heavily vibrating.
It's working very fine very less noise compared to ifb washing machine.
