If you are looking for a chair with headrest under 5000 and you can do away with very low quality of parts and manufacturing standards then you can buy this chair because this is only chair with a headrest under 5000.
Overall I would not recommend to buy this chair because you won't get the same amount of satisfaction as compared to a chair that has good quality parts.

Worst Shopping Experience of my life (For real)
I am so frustrated right now, I would just write it in steps.
1. I ordered this chair (20 June 2018) and I got a defective piece.
2. I requested return, they didn't do anything about it.
3. There was no proper response from their side, so I filed amazon claim.
4. Still there was no resolution from their side, but amazon initiated the refund.
5. I got refund, there was no communication about return whats so ever. And I forgot about it.

The product is good and easy to assemble. The chair is comfortable . However the worst part is the delivery. The seller uses a local courier which takes 15 days to deliver. On contacting the seller , a lame reason of Covid-19 was given when unlock already happened a month back. When the chair arrived , the packaging was horrible. I was lucky that the chair was not damaged. If you get this chair from any other seller apart from Flamboyant its a good chair to purchase.

I ordered this as it offered Lumbar support at a decent price and I have backpain.Seller called me to confirm delivery.
The installation was easy. Wheels are smooth.Adjusting height is easy.Iam not sure how to tilt at an angle and lock.Also the lumbar support knob is loose so need help from seller to fix it.I also received some plastic hollow cylinders.What's the use of them?Would request seller to kindly share a video demo of all features.

Resold chair as new - avoid.
Upon unpacking, this chair had all the signs of it having been used before - the paint is scratched, plastic has signs of pressure and cracks, discoloration. The armrests cannot be adjusted, and the seat does not bed back and forth as needed. Not a good chair! My guess is that the item was previously sold to someone else, they used it for a few days, and then returned it. Then the seller repackages it, puts cling-film on all the parts, and sells it to the next shopper. So you ultimately get a used, damaged chair. Do not buy for this money. We have decided to go to a shop, actually test the chair by sitting on it, and buy like that - not worth paying a lot of money and not get a good product where you actually sit 12 hours every day.

Worth buying
I needed a change for my 10 year old office chair, so I figured I would at least get a beautiful change. Very comfortable to sit in for more than a couple of hours (my old chair caused me mild back pain after an hour of sitting). The breathable mesh back keeps me fairly cool in my otherwise hot office. Easy to follow instructions. It only took me 5 minutes to put it together. Included everything you needed to put it together. The construction feels very sturdy and like it will last. The casters are very quiet and easy to roll. I can pretty much roll across the office in dead silence if I want. Thank you Amazon for prompt delivery. Also, Metro furniture for great product.

Things to keep in mind before buying Da Urban's Victor
Its asthetically pleasing to have Da-Urban's Victor around but few things needs to see before you order this.
1. The back support of the chair is diirectly connected with the arm rest and nothing else so it arrests its moment when you lie and go backward. I won't call it a manufacturing fault but its a design fault.
2. The arm rests are made up of quite solid palstic that may make you feel that you are resting your arm on a sharp n solid object which is uncomfortable.
3. The coushin for seating is kinda cheap plastic foam.. even when you remove all the plastic and you sit you may hear that annoying sound of sitting over a plastic bag which may make u warm n sweaty.
4. Wheels are rubbery n sticky on floor so this restrics you from your free movement.

The product is good and easy to assemble. The chair is comfortable . However the worst part is the delivery. The seller uses a local courier which takes 15 days to deliver. On contacting the seller , a lame reason of Covid-19 was given when unlock already happened a month back. When the chair arrived , the packaging was horrible. I was lucky that the chair was not damaged. If you get this chair from any other seller apart from Flamboyant its a good chair to purchase.

I ordered this as it offered Lumbar support at a decent price and I have backpain.Seller called me to confirm delivery.
The installation was easy. Wheels are smooth.Adjusting height is easy.Iam not sure how to tilt at an angle and lock.Also the lumbar support knob is loose so need help from seller to fix it.I also received some plastic hollow cylinders.What's the use of them?Would request seller to kindly share a video demo of all features.

Very comfortable chair. I could not assemble it so I requested the Company to assist. They promptly sent a service technician who did it for me. I use the chair for my Computer table and I am happy with it.

Resold chair as new - avoid.
Upon unpacking, this chair had all the signs of it having been used before - the paint is scratched, plastic has signs of pressure and cracks, discoloration. The armrests cannot be adjusted, and the seat does not bed back and forth as needed. Not a good chair! My guess is that the item was previously sold to someone else, they used it for a few days, and then returned it. Then the seller repackages it, puts cling-film on all the parts, and sells it to the next shopper. So you ultimately get a used, damaged chair. Do not buy for this money. We have decided to go to a shop, actually test the chair by sitting on it, and buy like that - not worth paying a lot of money and not get a good product where you actually sit 12 hours every day.

Good Home Study Chair
Good comfortable chair. Easy to assemble. Plastic umbrella base sides are sharp which are almost cutting if your heels touch it. That is the only thing I didn't like. Otherwise a good buy for the money. Writing this mmediately after assembling. Hope it works fine in the coming days

Comfortable to sit, but the plastic is cheap, doesn't give that new look, looks old and used. Please do not go in for this unless your on a budget, I would suggest to spend a little more and buy something better.

Writing this review after few days of use. Overall experience was good. Just three steps require to assemble the chair. Seller gave the contact number to contact during assembly process. I called on the number and they supported me very well. Coming to Chair, it is really comfortable. Serve the purpose.Seller is also giving one year warranty. That is also really good.

Horrible
The product wasn't assembled. When you call the number for assembly they say follow YouTube instructions• the chair parts look old and the bolts don't match. When you pay for a product- you expect a new assembled product like is the picture.
