Purchased the Galaxy Tab A 10.1 and got it delivered to me within 30 hours. I have been using iPad since EON and I must say, this tablet doesnt come even near to any of them.

Update: So far so good. I have not faced any issue till now.
You should note that-1) this is a WiFi tab and doesn't support 4G Sim.
2) It supports memory card with capacity more than 64GB which I didn't know before making my purchase. Thanks Samsung for this. It was really necessary to have external memory support with capacity more than 32 Gb.
3) 2GB RAM looks sufficient for watching movies, surfing internet. Its a bit heavy after installing an armoured case so didn't try any Game on it.
4) it supports fast charging.
I am 100% satisfied with this tab.
Bought for watching Netflix, Hotstar and Amazon Prime. All working fine. Inserted a 64 GB memory card as netflix and amazon prime both support SD card save for downloadable contents.
All other apps need to be installed on internal storage which is 32 GB. I was little bit worried as no clear information is available regarding size of memory card supported by this tab. Thankfully it is
supporting my 64 GB card.
Screen quality is good and touch sensitivity is smooth. Its a lot better than Alcatel tab which I previously owned.

Getting back to tablets after some years.. last one I owned was a flawless Nexus 7
This is a good tab.. great looks..Android 8 to start off with... Not a lot of preloaded crap apps which can't be uninstalled
Some niggles..
1 there is no light sensor.. so auto brightness doesn't work.. irritating to manually adjust brightness up or down
2 I notice some lag.. at times it's butter smooth.. at times isn't.. I don't play games...so can't comment on gaming performance
3 Speakers are nice... but poorly placed on top.. could have been on sides or bottom... Would recommend headphones anyday for any mobile device
4 Not too many accessories at the moment... Only ACM brand comes up.. I ended up buying a case and screen guard and promptly returned both ...case was of horrible quality, screen guard of a diff design
Bought a universal case for 10 inch tablets from emartbuy brand.. far far better quality.. just that it's bigger and not custom fit...as it's a universal case

It has come with 8.1 and then upgraded to 9 pie.
Pros
1. The screen is bright enough to see in daylight.
2. The battery is good as the screen is big.
3. Because of stock Android 9 pie the experience is smooth.
4. Big advantage is the screen, the color depth and saturation are sharp, colors are vivid and bright, no complains, seeing Netflix is also awesome in this.
5. Both the speakers are studio, so awesome.
6. It support 1080p resolution and has widelive support. Awesome.
7. Comes with type-C connection and accessories support(but only for the smart speaker purchase separate).
8. With the processor and 3gb ram the tab doesn't hang or freezes.
Cons
1. No call support. Only messages supports.
2. No volte support. So Jio Sim will not work.
3. No keyboard. So you have to buy separate.
4. No screen protector from factory. So again from the market or order online.
5. No fast charge support in type-C connection. So only you get a 5v 2amp charger.
6. No type-C to USB A adapter. So buy separately.

Price is little high. But very much satisfied. bought the 4gb+64gb one. It's a high demanding tab.
Perfect for light work and studying.
Bang for buck with no updates over Android 8 so far..
The tablet in itself is very good with loud and clear speakers. The display shows light bleeding at edges when watching movies in dark background but it is tolerable at this price point. There are no considerable lags and the overall experience is very good. It is a perfect tab for stuying. However, the android remains stuck at EMUI 8 and there are no updates to it to Android 9 or 10. The tablet seems heavily neglected by Honor in terms of Android updates. I still received security patches till April 2020 which was a whopping 2.78Gb though, which I believe is not enough. There should be atleast one major Android update for every device. Hope I get it soon but it is vague at the moment.
